Our Wines

Central Coast Chardonnay

Our 2008 Central Coast Chardonnay was crafted from grapes grown in the Los Alamos Valley of northern Santa Barbara County, an ideal, cool-climate Chardonnay growing region noted for its cold nights and well-drained, chalky soils. This lovely wine’s seductive apple pie crust and lemon blossom aromas introduce crisp, juicy flavors enriched by a creaminess resulting from sur lie (on the yeast lees) aging in barrel.

Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2007 Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon hails primarily from San Luis Obispo County, which has long produced rich, ripe renditions of the King of Reds. Small amounts of Merlot and Petite Sirah from the Monterey County’s Hames Valley AVA add structure to the wine’s delicious blackberry, espresso and toasty oak flavors, which culminate in a smooth, lingering finish.

Central Coast Merlot

Our succulent 2007 Central Coast Merlot is primarily sourced from the Hames Valley, located at the southern tip of Monterey County. To enhance the structure and flavor complexity of our Merlot, we blended in small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon from San Benito County and the Paso Robles area of San Luis Obispo County, along with a dash of Petite Sirah from the Hames Valley. The result is a delectable red wine with fragrant black cherry, plum, rose petal, cola and sweet oak aromas and layers of sumptuous dark fruit flavors complemented by savory oak tones and a ripe, jammy finish.
